Hayley is passionate about engagement with; industries, employers, student cohort groups and individual learners to understand specific training needs and to tailor training programmes and delivery modes, to meet collective objectives. Hayley is focused on business development, continuous improvement and to providing a high standard of quality in the provision of training and assessment services which promotes Civil Safety Darwin as the preferred local training provider .

We work with Industry sectors, employers, clients, individual students as well as a large number of NT's Major Projects, to understand and meet specific training needs and training objectives. Our programmes and our delivery modes are tailored to meet the needs of specific cohort groups and individuals, to ensure desired outcomes and learning are achieved.
